As always, a free pattern, which this issue is the red Amelia Cover Dress size 4-16 designed by Connie Palmer is a precious yoke dress with a Peter Pan collar edged with lace, straight wrist length straight sleeves with white cuff and lace, buttons down the front. Personally I can see a matching coat with just a little improvising. The yoke could also be smocked--just a thought!
A darling Gail Doane design "Kitty Grace Dress & Jacket" featuring a perfectly pleated dress with coordinated jacket. The tailored classic style of the ensemble is the signature style of Gail Doane. The jacket is just precious with hearts and roses repeated around the hem of the jacket and the collar features the scalloped border with the same rosettes. The central chain stitch is accented with French Knots and rosettes.
